The roles in the tool are as follows:
HR
HR is a person who is responsible for reference letter processes, initiating and managing them. HR is always a direct contact person for a line manager.
Evaluator
An evaluator is a person who conducts performance evaluation of his/her associates, selects the text blocks and creates a first draft of the reference letter.
Employee
An employee can request a reference letter.
He/She can also be asked to enter the main tasks and to check the certificate before finalisation.
